Series 1800 Flat Top with Heavy-Duty Edge conveyor belt

S1600 HDE and S1800 HDE Belting

Intralox FoodSafe Heavy-Duty Edge (HDE) belting is now available in Series 1600 and 1800, extending our most snag-resistant edge design to some of our most popular, proven modular plastic belting (MPB). Building on existing HDE options in Series 800, 900, and 2400, these additions help processors further reduce foreign material risk and unplanned downtime. HDE belts set the standard for hygienic, reliable performance.

ThermoConnect HDE—New ZeroSplice Option (Coming Soon!)

Building on the cleanability and hygienic design of our original ZeroSplice connection, ThermoConnect Heavy-Duty Edge (HDE) is engineered to solve additional challenges we’ve seen in customer plants. Its puzzle piece–style design snaps and holds in place before rod placement, enabling a single operator to install or replace sections with ease. Belting using this enhanced design resists tenting, tracks correctly in the returnway, and is fully compatible with center drives.

ThermoDrive Series 8050 Embedded Diamond Top E (7.5 mm) Polyurethane A23 conveyor belt

ThermoDrive Embedded Diamond Top—Now Available in A23 Material

ThermoDrive Embedded Diamond Top belting is now available in polyurethane A23 across both drive styles, starting with S8050 and additional series to follow. By combining A23 with the Embedded Diamond Top surface, the belt reduces sticking and lasts longer while improving performance in hot, wet, or chemically aggressive environments. This tensionless, positively driven belting delivers more reliable product handling and longer service life where traditional thermoplastic belts struggle.

S570 Tight Transfer Flat Top Belt

The Intralox S570 Tight Transfer Flat Top belt (0.315 in/8 mm) is purpose-built for modern can lines. It enables mass handling of empty aluminum containers without adjusting the conveyor for different SKUs. By eliminating side-on/side-off transfers, S570 belting delivers dead plate–free, end-to-end transfers that reduce line footprint, lower platforming costs, and simplify productivity. In container-making applications, this can help reduce downed cans by up to 70%. The belt is especially valuable after the decorator where spoilage and mixed-label risk are highest, helping keep containers upright and lines running efficiently.
