We stand by our recommendations. If the application is approved by an Intralox Account Manager, Applications Engineer, or Customer Service Representative, and it turns out to be the wrong belt for your needs, you get your money back—unconditionally.

Ship Date Guarantees

We provide the shortest standard lead times and the most reliable expedited shipping services in the industry. When emergencies arise and a replacement is necessary as soon as possible, Intralox guarantees:

  • On-time shipment when you choose our four-hour, same/next day, and three-day emergency expediting service option or the belt, stock accessories, and freight are free of charge (up to $20,000 US/AU/NZ / €20,000* per day, per customer) and the expedite fee is waived
  • Same-day shipment of stock components of accessories if the order is placed before 3:00 p.m. CST
  • Shipment of standard lead time orders by our promised ship date or we pay the express freight

Please note: The guarantee applies specifically to non-special belts built from stock components and stock accessories. In extraordinary circumstances (e.g., damaged molding tool), Intralox reserves the right to withdraw certain components and/or accessories from normal stock status.
