Accumulate lightweight products with the Intralox Series 900 Flush Grid with Insert Rollers belt.

Used especially in material-handling applications, this belt features in-line acetal rollers that enable low back pressure accumulation of items like boxes. Its 38% open area improves cleanability, while its modular construction simplifies maintenance.

For applications where low back-pressure accumulation is required.
Product accumulation load is 5% to 10% of product weight.
For low back pressure applications, place wearstrips between rollers. For driven applications, place wearstrip directly under rollers.
Do not place sprockets inline with rollers.

Standard yellow roller dimensions:
