Series 900 and 1100 multilane live transfer conveyors for delicate product transfers: Enable gentle, reliable, and space-saving product transfers. Usable pre- and post-grading, the belts’ tight, 90-degree turns perform when the footprint is too tight for a radius turn. If floor space is limited and requires a smaller solution than a radius conveyor’s, this belting provides a low-maintenance solution with minimal unplanned downtime.

Intralox's Active Integrated Motion (AIM) Switch provides gentle, efficient handling in a small footprint. This makes it an excellent option for fresh-produce primary packaging areas.

Stemilt Growers installed four AIM Switches to reject over- and under-weight clamshells after checkweighers on their cherry packing lines. As a result, they increased throughput, doubled capacity, and cut labor by more than half.

• ARB 90-Degree Transfer S400 Virtual Pocket Merge: Using this technology, Punchbowl Kiwifruit Services maximized their packing line’s throughput while reducing downtime and footprint. We expect 4 years of performance before needing any repairs or replacements.
• Combined ARB Equipment Solution: Using our ARB Merge S400 (2:1) with a six-exit DARB 90-Degree Sorter S4500, Punchbowl Kiwifruit Services eliminated product damage, improved safety, and increased throughput.
• ARB Switch S7000: After running simulations to demonstrate it, Intralox recommended that Golden Bay Fruit install an ARB Switch S7000 configured with two entry points and three exit points. This eliminated the production bottleneck—and manual labor overtime—that their 2x2 slat switch was causing.
• DARB Sorter: To replace manual palletizing, Costa Group invested in three advanced robots and an Intralox Dual-Stacked Angled Roller Belt (DARB) Sorter to feed boxes to the robots.
