Flush Grid High Deck with Load-Sharing™ Edge
Series 2400Eliminate product snagging and disorientation with the Intralox Series 2400 Flush Grid High Deck with Load-Sharing Edge belt.
This belt prevents contact between the wearstrip and products, allowing them to span and extend beyond the belt’s full width without snagging. Part of the industry’s most dependable radius series, it has a Load-Sharing edge that distributes stress to minimize fatigue failures. Its 0.4-in (10.2-mm) raised surface can cushion products at transfer sites, reducing damage risk.
- 0.875-in (22.2-mm) raised surface indent
- 42% open area simplifies cleaning
- Load-Sharing edge extends belt life
- Minimum turn radius of 2.2 times belt width
