ONEPIECE™ Live Transfer Flush Grid
Series 1100Achieve self-clearing, 90-degree transfers with the Intralox Series 1100 ONEPIECE Live Transfer Flush Grid belt.
Used especially in canmaking, this belt features a transfer edge that provides smooth 90-degree transfers, eliminating the need for dead plates. Its tracking tabs guarantee consistent transfer gap control, while its small pitch offers tight transfer capability.

- Recommended for use with EZ Track sprockets.
- Use sprockets with a pitch diameter of 3.5 in (89 mm) or larger.
- Designed for smooth, self-clearing, right angle transfers onto takeaway belts.
- Addition of a fixed frame support can be necessary. The support ensures that the transfer belt does not snag when it intersects with the takeaway belt. Add support below the transfer belt, before the transfer. See 90-Degree Container Transfers.
