This fully automated singulator induction solution conditions packages in a way that optimizes the SmartPath Singulator and Gapper’s performance. Package flow is metered to lessen instantaneous throughput burst that cause overfeeding of the downstream singulator and sorter; stacks are also removed. This allows the SmartPath Singulator and Gapper to accurately deliver a continuous package flow for maximum downstream sorter performance.
By reducing the need for manual operators, this solution not only minimizes operational expenses associated with excess headcount but also prevents the inconsistencies that come with manual work.
