Elizabeth Cobb was named the Food Processing Suppliers Association’s (FPSA) 2025 Women’s Alliance Network (WAN) Red Circle Honors recipient in the Innovation and Inspiration category. Cobb—Business Development Analyst for Intralox’s Food Business Unit—received the award at the annual WAN Breakfast during the Equipment, Automation, and Technology Show for Food & Beverage (EATS) in Chicago.
The Innovation and Inspiration Honor recognizes a woman who’s brought game-changing innovation or an inspiring idea in the last 18 months to her company or industry. Through deep market analysis, customer collaboration, and cross-functional execution, Cobb was instrumental in advancing Intralox’s leadership in delivering hygienic, high-performing conveyance solutions to their customers.
Intralox thrives on a culture of continuous improvement, enabling the company to stay ahead of customer needs and lead the industry in meaningful innovation. As food processors are pushed to meet regulatory and customer-driven food safety standards, Cobb was essential in developing, launching, and accelerating Intralox Polyketone (PK) material and Heavy-Duty Edge (HDE) belts. From voice of the customer to value realization, Cobb played a critical role in bringing these solutions to Intralox’s food customers.
The most meaningful part of this recognition is knowing the impact we’ve made together in making our food supply safer. Every improvement we deliver strengthens that protection for everyone, and I’m grateful to be part of that continuous improvement.
