Reduce nonmechanical belt breakage and minimize foreign material risk with Intralox PK*, now available across more than a dozen belt series and styles.
Developed for direct food contact applications, PK (Polyketone) is a robust, high-performance material that is more impact, chemical, and abrasion resistant than acetal. Better able to withstand the rigors of food processing—including belt removal/reinstallation, conveyor design challenges, and chemical usage during processing and sanitation—Intralox PK will reduce nonmechanical belt-related foreign material risk in your facility.
When I need to replace other belts in my plant, I will definitely go for Intralox’s HDE PK. Product is no longer sticking to the belt, it’s nearly eliminated dropped meat, it’s easier to clean, and it has certainly improved our product flow.
