S22150 DirectDrive metal belting is a revolutionary no-grind, no-cut, no-weld solution for freezing, cooling, and other product conditioning applications. The only metal belt made specifically for Intralox’s DirectDrive System, its modular design significantly decreases downtime compared to traditional metal belts. This removes the need for hot work permits and accelerates installation and repairs.

- This belt has pinch points. See the Safety section in the Intralox Conveyor Belting Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting Manual for more information.
- Contact Intralox for precise belt measurements and stock status before designing equipment or ordering a belt.
- The belt can be flipped and can turn left or right.
- Mesh is 16 gauge stainless steel 304 wire.
- Designed with maintenance points on every tenth row, as indicated by different colored endcaps.
- The required run direction is with slots leading.
- Belts are available in 10 ft (3 m) length increments.
- Belt available in standard widths of 30 in (762 mm), 36 in (914 mm), and 42 in (1,067 mm). Custom widths are available in 1 in (25.4 mm) increments.
- The width dimension includes drive lugs. The usable product width is the overall belt width minus 3.8 in (96 mm).
- The belt thickness at the point of product conveyance is 0.4 in (10.1 mm).
- DirectDrive caps are metal-detectable PK material.
- Keyed sprockets are required at the infeed and outfeed ends of the conveyor.
