Minimize Footprint, Maximize Results with Intralox's Zero-Tangent Curved Conveyor Belt

Maintain product orientation over the tightest turns on your curved conveyors with the Intralox Series 2100 ZERO TANGENT™ Radius Flat Top belt.
Designed specifically for flexible curved conveyance—and featuring non-collapsing inner radii—the S2100 ZERO TANGENT belt is free of straight sections, maximizing your available space. Its flat-top surface handles a variety of products and packages—including your most challenging and delicate ones. Plus, we provide design guidelines and CAD drawings to minimize engineering and installation costs and enable you to fabricate reliable, space-saving zero-tangent curves.

Field Success
Global Food Processor
By replacing failing cloth belts on curved conveyors with S2100 ZERO TANGENT belts, a major global food processor eliminated jams, reduced maintenance, and improved product orientation through tight turns. What began as a single retrofit quickly expanded across the facility, with more than 60 curved conveyors converted. To date, every retrofitted belt remains in service, operating with zero unscheduled downtime and no performance issues.
