Shorter Routes, Faster Recovery
How Intralox’s global footprint is built for speed, reliability, and uptime

In modern manufacturing, it’s all about uptime. And when a production line grinds to a halt, that momentum is expensive to recover. At Intralox, our mission is simple: keep you running. That’s why our global footprint isn’t just nice to have—it’s nonnegotiable.
From food processing plants in the U.S. to tire facilities in Asia and logistics centers across Europe, our customers operate on margin pressure and tight timelines. Every moment of downtime loses productivity, yield, or worse—trust. To solve this, we built a strategically placed network of assembly and distribution hubs designed not for cost cutting, but for uptime.

Major Logistics Customer
Why It Matters: Lead Times Aren’t Just a Number
Some companies might outsource manufacturing abroad to reduce expenses. But at Intralox, we assemble and stock high-demand products near our customers because when you need a belt, you need it now. This worldwide inventory dramatically reduces lead times and restores your operations faster.
We recently added two critical facilities to our network of global locations:
- Apodaca, Mexico, now home to a dedicated distribution center supporting local logistics and shipping. While not yet an assembly center, this facility addresses a major challenge in the Mexican market: slow fulfillment due to international borders. Now, popular sprockets and accessories can be shipped in one day.
- Shanghai, China, where we expanded our presence with a new, larger, consolidated facility serving as our Asia-Pacific headquarters. This integrated site unifies all commercial, technical, and operational teams under one roof, fostering greater collaboration and efficiency. It features a state-of-the-art Customer Experience Center, housing the CFS Institute and an Innovation Center to drive customer engagement and technological collaboration.
These strategic moves make the difference between being offline for hours or back up by shift change.
It’s Not Just Where We Are. It’s Why We’re There.
Many industrial component suppliers rely heavily on third-party distribution. But we carefully choose our global sites to offer physical proximity, inventory availability, and—when needed—emergency fulfillment.
Intralox’s customer-serving sites are in Brazil, the UK, The Netherlands, India, China, Japan, Australia, and across North America, with future expansion under consideration.
Each location is an extension of our promise: When the stakes are high, you can count on us.

The Bigger Picture: Throughput Is the Goal
What’s the cost of a day lost to downtime? What’s the value of a supplier who can help you avoid that day altogether?
At Intralox, we don't just sell belts. We sell throughput. We support your productivity through three critical channels:
- Application expertise, so you start with the right solution
- Real-time troubleshooting, so issues are caught early
- Short lead times, so problems are solved quickly
And our global locations are the foundation of that third pillar.
What’s Next?
As new markets grow and customer needs evolve, we’ll continue investing in physical infrastructure to support them. From planning our next assembly location to expanding inventory where it’s needed most, Intralox stays ahead so you don’t fall behind.
