Intralox will showcase their latest food safety and sanitation innovations at the 2026 International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE), held January 27–29 in Atlanta. Attendees can visit Intralox in booth C29127 to explore conveyance solutions engineered to help processors boost performance, reduce risk, and simplify operations.

Intralox will feature their CleanLock sprocket, which was selected for the IPPE New Product Showcase—recognizing its breakthrough approach to alignment, hygiene, and foreign material prevention. Designed specifically for food conveyance and processing, CleanLock sprockets eliminate common causes of belt edge damage and foreign material contamination. They maintain precise sprocket and belt alignment without the need for retainer rings, lock collars, or hose clamps. Its hygienic, easy-to-clean design withstands high-pressure washdowns, reduces bacterial harborage, and supports faster, more effective sanitation. For processors, this translates to less cleaning time, improved food safety, and greater operational reliability.

Intralox will also participate in IPPE’s TECHTalks series. Intralox Global Research and Development Director Kevin Guernsey will present “Sanitary by Design: Reducing Foreign Material in Meat & Poultry Plants” on Wednesday, January 28, at 1:30 p.m. in C hall, booth C14128.

Intralox invites all IPPE attendees to visit booth C29127 to learn more about CleanLock sprockets and Intralox’s comprehensive approach to food safety and operational excellence.
