The industry’s most reliable expedited shipping services just got stronger for customers in EMEA, as Intralox announced expansion of their four-hour expedited emergency service to the region. Customers in EMEA can now order belts and accessories that will be ready to ship within four hours of Intralox Customer Service accepting the order.

The four-hour shipping option strengthens Intralox’s expedited service levels in the region, which previously included three-day, next-day, and same-day shipping. Globally, 15% of Intralox orders are expedited with a 99.9% on-time shipping rate.

“Our service levels are a main pillar of our company, and adding our four-hour emergency shipping to EMEA only enhances these levels,” said Marianne Thomassen, Intralox EMEA Customer Service Manager. “Our goal is to reduce downtime for our customers, and our expedited shipping options are unmatched in the industry.”

Intralox can fulfill orders quickly due to their strategic assembly locations and by working directly with customers. Depending on customer proximity, EMEA orders are shipped from one of Intralox’s regional assembly locations: Hoofddorp, The Netherlands; Kingswinford, UK; or Wehl, The Netherlands. Intralox guarantees the order will be available to ship on time. If not, the belt, stock accessories, and freight are free of charge.

Founded in 1971, Intralox is globally headquartered in the U.S. with locations in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, China, Brazil, Australia, India, and Japan.
