Intralox expands Asia-Pacific operations

Asia Expansion

Due to ongoing and future growth in the Asia-Pacific region, Intralox has relocated and expanded its Asia-Pacific offices in Japan and China, including its Asia headquarters in Shanghai.  Intralox’s Asia headquarters is now more than double the footprint of its previous location in China. The move follows the previous relocation of Intralox’s assembly house in Shanghai which expanded production space by 50 percent.

To provide Asia-Pacific customers better access to Intralox’s innovative conveying solutions, Intralox established its presence in China in 2007 by opening its original Shanghai location.  Since that time, Intralox has invested in its commitment to the region by adding key personnel to the region and expanding its product portfolio.

Globally, Intralox fulfilled 127,641 shipments in 2013—more than 10,000 shipments per month on average—with a 99% accuracy rate and 99.7% on-time ship rate.  In order to continue to meet these service levels, the Asia-Pacific was identified as region of emphasis for the future.

“In recent years we have seen growth in the Asia-Pacific region accelerate very quickly,” said Intralox Asia-Pacific General Manager Ravi Sonnad. “Our expanded location gives us the opportunity to strengthen relationships with existing customers with room to grow for the future.”

Intralox business partners are provided support from its award winning customer service specialists its Technical Support Group dedicated to specific industry segments.  Members of the Intralox Support Group are available prior, during and following installation.
