Intralox’s CleanLock sprockets have received the Special Recommendation Award from the China Meat Association (CMA) at the 2026 China International Meat Industry Exhibition (CIMIE) held in Qingdao, China.
The award recognizes products for their product quality, manufacturing technology, food safety, innovation, and commercial value. The award is intended to help industry buyers identify leading products and suppliers.
Designed specifically for food conveyance and processing, CleanLock sprockets simplify cleaning, prevent sprocket drift, and eliminate common causes of foreign material contamination (FMC) risk.
Their self-retaining design ensures sprockets remain securely positioned on machined shafts, eliminating sprocket drift without retainer rings, lock collars, or hose clamps. This stable alignment and lack of retaining hardware significantly reduce bacterial harborage and FMC risks. Hygienic and dependable, CleanLock sprockets handle rigorous cleaning cycles, withstanding high-pressure washdowns to support faster, more effective sanitation. Their reliability, cleanability, and low maintenance improve operational performance for food processors.
The CMA is the national industry organization for China’s meat sector. Alongside the International Meat Secretariat, the CMA organizes the CIMIE each year, the country’s most specialized and longest-running meat industry event. The annual international exhibition brings together processors, suppliers, and buyers to advance technology, trade, and cooperation across the global meat industry.
