Exceptional Conveying Technology Combined with Advanced Cleanability

In commitment to providing customers with innovative products to best equip their specific applications and changing needs, Intralox has partnered with Mol Industries to become the exclusive provider of the ThermoDrive conveyor belt line. Intralox is currently servicing the U.S., Canada, and Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Mexico, and Brazil and will soon extend its global service.

What is Intralox ThermoDrive?

Intralox ThermoDrive belting is a patented, homogeneous thermoplastic flat belt with a 100% closed surface. Like Intralox modular plastic belts, it is a positive (sprocket) driven, low tension system especially suited for hygienic applications in food processing. By offering this new, breakthrough conveyance technology, Intralox is further enhancing its comprehensive line of hygienic conveyance products.

Features and Benefits

The smooth conveying surface of an Intralox ThermoDrive belt offers no niches to harbor bacteria nor fabric plies that fray and wick, allowing customers to spend less money on water, sanitation and maintenance labor. Its unique design eliminates the tensioning, tracking, and cleanability problems associated with traditional flat belts and offers advantages over other technologies in many applications.

  • Containment guides reduce mistracking and belt slippage
  • Continuous conveying surface is easy to clean
  • No tensioning device (take-up) required
  • Lightweight belt enables quick, easy installation
  • Easy to use with scrapers
